Christian Bale's work has always been appreciated by the critics. This two movie series is different in tone and content from the earlier Batman's as well as complete expertise at all levels. Gary Oldman, Morgan Freedman, Michael Caine, not to mention Heath Ledger etc all do exceptional work and none of the players go the "over the top route" of earlier actors (Danny DeVito). The cinematography is outstanding as is the editing. I think it is worth consideration.</p>glendaThu, 11 Dec 2008 23:58:11 -0000
